PS4 Prime Gaming Code Issues?
Tried to redeem the Prime gaming code. Checked it more times than I can count. Did it with the dashes and without. Still not going through and says invalid. Anyone else on PS4 having the same issue and has anyone figured out how to fix it?

How long is your code?
I typed it in wrong 3 times before I realised there was an extra character hiding right at the end:
what I was typing:
XXX25d9d-XXe-XX8b-XX0b-XXX92cba855
what it actually was:
XXX25d9d-XX1e-XX8b-XX0b-XXX92cba855a (sneaky extra ‘a’ at the end that didn’t show on the screen)
(Code already redeemed)
I’d try copying and pasting the code somewhere and count how long your code is. I think it should be 36 long with the dashes.

It does cut a letter off. Copy and paste so you can see the last letter.

I had this issue too... I'm pretty sure that I was writing the code correctly from the first time, but at the end I copied the code and paste it on a notepad to see if there were some "o" that pretend to be a "0", but nothing was wrong with it.
Entered the code again in the store it worked out as if the "copy" action has "activated" the code... don't know, it could be a coincidence. For sure I could see all the letters and none was missing.

Not sure how or why but tried it again and it worked. It was just really odd that it didn't go in the first few times I tried it. I did absolutely nothing different and double and triple checked the code each time before hitting enter and it worked. And you cannot copy and paste in PS4 but I do appreciate the help guys
