What do you guys think of The Game ( Map)
Every time I get on dbd to play killer the game is always the first map I get and I cannot stand it because I face too many sweat squads in that map and I have to force break all these safe pallets. I barely get maps like coldwind, autohaven and etc

I liked the layout way better before the rework. They should have updates the graphics only and left the layout how it was.

Carpenter simulator. But I do like it (even offering) with myers (dead rabbit, vanity mirror, monitor and abuse…its just incredibly sneaky)

On this map you eat lots and lots AND lots of pallets. But once they are all gone, its so predictable and easy to find survivors, so its kinda balanced, I guess? I like it more then I hate it, but there are some aweful god-pallets and strong loops.

The layout is great, it'd be one of my favourite maps if it weren't for how many unbelievably safe pallets there are on the bottom floor. Ever since they reworked it, while it is still a painful map, I don't hate it anywhere near as much since I can at least actually see and figure out where I'm going on it.
Reduce the pallet count and it'd be a genuinely good map.

I think it looks ok aesthetically, but gameplay wise it's bad. Breakable walls that create dead ends, multiple safe pallets, a lot of pallets in general. It could use some balancing changes.

I think of all the maps to get re-worked so far, this was negatively impacted the most.

It depends on the killer I'm playing.
Hag? Plague? It's fine, but boring. Doctor? Artist? It's...tolerable.
Anyone else? It's a nightmare. Too many pallets, too many ridiculously safe pallets that a survivor can easily play around for 30 seconds before dropping it, a lot of very strong loops.
It's not Badham, Cowshed or Haddonfield levels of obnoxious - but it's another map that makes me groan whenever I get it.
I also preferred the map pre-rework. Brighten it up a little and it was pretty enjoyable.

Eh...some killers absolutely dominate on the map - it's really small, so anyone with the ability to bypass pallets is very strong. It's just...tedious.

It flabbergasts me that after five years of development, The Game is the fruit of their labours. It's outrageously bad. Almost all pallets are safe or even God pallets depending on the killer. In no world is this map balanced, because in no normal game will a team run out of pallets. Worse than Cowshed being untouched.

Trash. The devs simply opened the top floor, three in a dozen extra pallets and breakable walls, then called it a day. Truly lazy.
The art team, though, really nailed their job on it. Not as good as Lerrys, but still nice.

I like that they lightened the bottom floor in the remake, it used to be way too dark, I couldn’t see anything in parts of it.
On the flip side the map probably has too many safe pallets. There are some gameable ones (no pun intended) but a lot which have to be broken once they’re dropped.

Some safe pallets should be turned into the weaker loops. There. You have balanced map.

Too many strong pallets and not enough vaults. Once the pallets are gone, Survivors have very little to use. Should you get a teammate that drops too many pallets early, you will probably lose. Not a very fun map for either side.

By the time the pallets run out, the gens are done, unless someone just runs from pallet to pallet with zero looping.

Todo many pallets, almost no Windows and lockers in the upper floor. A lot of close doors and dead ends.

I'm not really a huge fan of the existence of completely safe pallets period. So the fact that the game map is full of them, definitely does rub me the wrong way.

I like it on Hag and Nurse. But it's super survivor-sided with the amount of safe pallets that chain together.

A perfect example of poorly designed maps. It literally carries both bad and good survivors. This isn't the only map in game that carries survivors there are also other maps but this is definitely at the top of the food chain that carries them.

usually as the killer when you get these poorly designed maps you have to apply a band aid to kinda fix the gameplay for you. running NOED

Depends on the gen placement. There are times you can patrol five gens incredibly easy and once the pallets in that area are gone it's just a death trap.
Other times the gens are placed in such a way you're better off taking your 1k and zoning out.

I like the map but it def needs a lot less pallets and more if/then statements to there aren't multiple god pallet spawns. if god pallet 1 spawns then god pallet 2 cannot spawn. several maps could use that pass honestly. it's wild to have jungle gym tiles so close followed by the shack.

I recently had a pretty funny match on the game running windows of opportunity. I was kinda playing on autopilot and I kept thinking breakable walls were pallets and running into dead ends. it was pretty funny.

Feels great if you're Nemesis or Nurse. Otherwise, enjoy breaking 15 safe pallets before you're allowed to do anything.
