Can't pick up survivor in Haddonfield basement stairs.

There is a spot in the middle of the stairs of the basement in Haddonfield were you cannot pick up a survivor. The player in the screenshot (Mom's spaghetti) purposely would get downed here as he could not be interacted with until he moved.
