Not receiving cosmetics after earning them end-match

Title basically. Am I doing something wrong? A few days back I received the sweaters for Mikaela and Jonah. Now I've played 6 rounds while meeting the criteria (and getting the little blue snowflakes effect on my survivors) and regardless of escaping the match or dying on a hook I'm getting nothing.

Am I doing something wrong?

    I'm having this issue too. I did receive only 3 cosmetics at all and only when I was playing survivor. I've been playing since the beggining of the event, almost every match I get the blue sparkles but NO cosmetic is unlocked.

    I send a ticket but no answer :/

    I thought this was happening to me but notifications are too brief and I didn't look at the screen when they happened. I was getting the rewards the whole time.

    I suggest looking after the match. If you are not seeing anything for sure then it might be a bug.

    It would be nice if we got a message that said how many more cosmetics we need to complete the event. Jane Romero has been my 'Killer Whisperer' where she'll approach a killer in a snowman suit and see if they're friendly.

    I think she's getting upset since the only raises she's getting is yeeted into the sky by an Entity hook.

    I think it's random and not guaranteed that you'll get one or not when you do get the little snowflakes. Though it'll be nice to know which ones are still available cause I have no idea which ones I have or not. The only 2 I know for certain are the frosty eyes for Artist and Trickster.
