No one else noticed the new chapter isnt releasing before march 2022???
Does this means health chapters??

When else were you expecting it? The first chapter of the year was released in March for the last three years.

Nope. January will be midchapter PTB, 3 weeks later release, 3 weeks later chapter 23 PTB, 3 weeks later release in march.
we just have the usual pause during the holidays.

Chapters always come out 1 1/2 months after the last one

Chapters come out 3 months after the last one
between chapters there is a "mid-chapter" where they focus on reworks on other changes
The hour of the witch was just a happy exeption to that rule

I assume you mean 3 months, and yes, except this time you have to account for the extra two weeks they take off in December. That means the next chapter should be due in March, which it is, and which matches with every date for the last three years.
