1931 Count Dracula as a killer

Count Dracula, Frankenstein, and all of the universal horror killers are unlicensed and free public domain. I think it'd be cool to have a killer who can transform into a bat and mind control would be awesome.

Here's a clip from the 1931 film: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IVPxAgy7lBA&t=29s

Frankenstein's monster and Dracula are public domain in terms of the characters from the novel. I don't think the universal films are unless Universal somehow missed the date to renew copyright at some point. They don't show up in any list of public domain films. But that really just means you can't use the designs universal made. You can still have Dracula or Frankenstein's monster in game with their own unique look made by behavior, just as countless games, shows, movies etc have used Dracula.. I think Copyright in the US tends to last a century? So we'd be a little under a decade from those films being public domain. The novels they come from, however, are long since public domain.

I'd really like to see Christopher Lee's Dracula tbh.

    I'd rather have The Munsters
