Can't pickup survivor on spot in the Game map

I was playing Nurse on PS5 on the Game. A Survivor went to a spot under the stairs in the corner of the map. This little nook which sometimes spawns a totem. There was no totem there in this match. She was able to stand in that nook when i hit her and downed. I was not able to pick her up at all. It was just like some of the map errors which had been fixed, as the killer I wasn't able to get back into that spot.
