PC crashing everyday through xbox

I am through xbox pass and I am so tired of it booting me literally every game I do good in and then I am penalized like I disconnect on purpose. Isn't there a way to see we don't disconnect on purpose and at least keep our progress checks? So frustrated. Every day at least 3-4 times it says host error. Now I'm at 1/2 hr penalized time.
