Why is Twins "Blood and Guts" Outfit a Set?
Twins Main here. Never bought the set because it was too expensive but since I had auric cells saved up and it was 50% off, I decided to get it.
My only confusion is why exactly is it a set when it doesn't really need to be? None of the pieces look like they need to be attached to each other so I'm not sure why it's a set in the first place...

probably because the hair would clip with any other torso

most likely because charlotte's skin is pale in this skin and it would look weird with others

This, I suppose . But alot of other skins change the skin. Right?

Doesn't really make sense, though. Nurse has a couple of skins that change her skin tone and they are separate pieces that can be used with her other cosmetics. So you would think the same thing would apply to this cosmetic.

...A Twins Main?
That's more of a shocker from me than her one piece cosmetic bundle...

money or incompetence

I think it was an experiment. Twins and Elodie both released with their highest rarity cosmetics being sets, (blood and guts and the onesie) and Binding of Kin's release was close to the introduction of sets. (Silent Hill) BHVR were probably testing if making the new characters' purple outfits be sets would be more profitable or not.
They love sets for some reason. Not sure why. I only buy sets for licensed characters who have no non-set options, like Pyramid.
