Dead Hard is just a Busted Perk that makes the Game as a Killer extreme Stressful
Dead Hard shouldnt be able to Block Killer Power like Nemesis Tentacle, Pyramide Head Range Attack, Victor, Plagues red vomit and more
Dead Hard is Busted Evers Game as a Killer whitout this Mess feels better but when 3 or 4 Survivors use this Perk in a Match the Match is already gone

What are you talking about, its been confirmed that dead hard validation has been consuming these powers to the detriment of their specific killer. Like victor not passing through survivors and dropping dead at their feet with the successful hit cooldown, or nemesis going into his tentacle 'hit' cooldown instead of the missed cooldown.

But mixed in with that are Pyramid Head and Plague, who, as far as I know, aren't adversely affected by false positives.

I had heard PH was affected as well, but its hard to know whats real and whats not.

So I looked into this more, and apparently PH and plague are both having their powers Damage Immunity Duration triggered on failed powers with Dead Hard. Thats 1 second and 3 seconds respectively where survivors become immune to their power. So if a survivor dead hards in a straight line, they SHOULD go down to Punishment of the Damned, but are not currently. Similarly with Corrupt Purge, 3 seconds is more than enough time to dodge 1 entirely charged puke, which only lasts 1.875 seconds.

But is this a validation thing, or just the way Dead Hard works?

Well its been confirmed that the consumption of these powers is not intended, with that in mind it would seem to me that the activation of damage immunity should also not be intended. This is because DH has its own I-frames already built into it.
