Hacking problem

I gotta say ok I have 1000s of hours in this game on PC but I also have it on console which I play from time to time and I have never encountered a hacker on console
Until today I just got out of a game where a guy hit me with a super slow mo head on that seemed like it was gonna last the whole game ofc I just dced because I had the feeling he was gonna hold the game hostage
I though consoles were safe man but ig not so watch out console folks
