Is Nea's "Vigo's Disciple" stealthy?

I'm trying to look for a stealthy skin for most maps and i have enough Iridescent shards to buy a premium one. i was thinking of buying claudette's outfit, but i couldn't find anything that could blend in well, so I was thinking of buying Vigo's disciple instead, is it stealthy enough?

I wouldn't call any of the Blighted skins stealthy, the serum stains are very visible.

Yeah, if only it doesn't light up like a Christmas tree, for the price it might as well have a toggle to go on and off so i can act like a christmas star while on the hook.
