I just VS'd a Bubba that seemed to be using speedhacks (I am not likely to accuse people of cheating but this was SUPER sus, he did not even have any perks to affect his regular run speed and would be so fast it was like he was gliding basically) and he's likely on windows or epic cause he had the globe next to his name and I was unable to view profile from in-game. But it was so sus that I doubt he is a console player.

    If it was truly a hacker then it probably doesn't matter, as I've heard of hackers being able to change their console of connection to whatever necessary in order to get into games or to snipe. So for all you know he could have bought it from good ol' steam and was just slapping the globe on his name to blame it on lag or whatever other things that subtle hackers blame their visible hacks on.
