Like most matches in the game, it can swing wildly from one mistake from either side.

Just like you can make a mistake, you can also try to force mistakes on the opposing side, turning things back over.

As long as you keep practicing and don't give up you'll have survivors being afraid of ever being injured in no time!

Which platform I’ve noticed lots of turns and flicks happen on PC. But not always with console

Oni do be a killer that gets super rewarded by good plays and super screwed by bad ones

What really made me better at Oni is just going complete monkey mode, bambamming the first person I see and making game winning plays by complete accident.

It’s playable but there are certain things you won’t be able to do that PC can. But, Oni is well designed in the sense of it rewards you for doing well but punishes you if you don’t. His power works at most loops. Besides his Iri add-ons they’re all good. He doesn’t need so many gen perks also. Information perks are godly on him highly recommend them and stealth perks if you need to score an M1

You are restricted to a 90 degree flick on console while pc oni's cheat and bypass it.

Oni is a "fair" killer meaning he relies on survivors being stupid to win. If they use boons and heal quickly while making it difficult for you to get your first hit, you probably won't win. He does have good snowball potential, but again it is down to survivors to let you get it.

My first recommendation to get good at Oni is by slowly increasing your camera speed up to 100% this will allow you to get flicks on console that are very difficult to do without a mouse. But its a pretty tough learning curve getting used to the exact amount of pressure you need to rotate just the right amount of degrees you need.
