HELLRAISER DLC?

Please, we need Pinhead (and perhaps additional Cenobites such as Chatterer & Butterball) & Kirsty could be a survivor!

I imagine the license itself can't be much more expensive than the one's already currently featured in the game. (and please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong)

Clive Barker might actually be excited to sell the rights off for something other than another awful hacked together sequel movie. Also the labyrinth from HR 2: Hellbound would be an interesting map.

If you'd prefer this be in Off Topic please just let me know and I'll move the post over. Thanks!
(This is also posted in Steam discussions)

P.S. If Clive Barker doesn't hold the rights to the characters.. then he knows who does... Which is also probably the case for Candyman (would be another great killer for the game) as well.

As much of a fan as I am of hellraiser, and as cool as it might be to have the cenobite transformation on survivors as a Mori, I don't feel like the rules the Cenobites work with would fit well into the lore.

They don't really chase for one.

Two, they only really go after the people that wanted the box open regardless of who opened it.
Unless the Entity or Kirsty tells the survivors they might be able to escape the Entity that way, they might not know what to do with the box.

I mean, yes... but contextually speaking it doesn't really make a ton of sense lore wise why any of the licensed killers exist in the dbd canon... They're all kinda shoe-horned in... which I'm completely fine with as it breathes more life into the game.

You do have some very valid points though in regards to staying true to the characters & the IP.. although I feel like all of that could simply be implied in a character bio...

That and Amanda/Pig makes inescapable traps for the most part. With his easy it is to escape, it doesn't fit her.

Maybe pig is an amalgam of pigs?

We might have to suspend some disbelief. It's not going to be that terrible, I suppose.

Sorry for the edit, I thought it made me seem like I disliked the SaW dlc (which I don't lol)

Yeah, I dunno... it could be interesting. However the license fee's + labor are primary concerns.. I assume more licensed horror DLC will hopefully drop within the next year. I'm curious what they might be..

Someone needs to get ahold of Stephen King too!

Someone has done a full artwork mock up on reddit for someone from the Phantasm movies.
