Killers and survivors getting interaction locked.
I had a game yesterday where a killer claimed that someone was hacking because they couldn't pick anyone up. So they decided to just slug and stay around the bodies so that no one could help each other up.
it made the match horrible.
I had a similar experience as survivor where the second the killer came near me and I dropped a flashbang I couldn't move for the rest of the match. I thought someone was hacking in there too.
If this is a bug it needs to be fixed and if it's a hack that's just sad.

I got stuck on a generator recently. No progress was being made, and the killer kept hitting me and it'd go right through me. It did wear off eventually (maybe 20 seconds later?) and the two of us sort of went "that was weird" and experimented a bit before resuming the match.
I think it's server issues. Inability to pick up survivors is most frequently a latency problem (and can be deliberately caused, but if it's all four survivors, they're either a rare lag switching team or there's something wrong with the server-to-killer end.)

that could be the case yeah. in my survivor situation it came out of nowhere and only effected me.
