After performing 3 safe hook rescues you will go back one segment upon your death timer.
(The player will go back to struggle if the player was dead on next hook. However if the player was to struggle upon their next time being hooked then they would be given the free hook animation. Same goes for not being hooked at all)

I see this as a very positive perk due to how it encourages players to go for safe saves !0
