Funny thing about queue times
I think it just goes to show how asymmetrical this game is at the moment that when playing killer I can leave a game, wait out the penalty and then dodge some dubious lobbies and still find a match faster than when I queue with a 4 man swf squad. Is there that few killers playing right now? The balancing does feel a bit surv sides but its honestly not unplayable. You'd think with a quarter of games being a camping bubba that survivors would find time to switch roles. My guess is the CIV player base is growing.

I think the time of the year doesn't help much either, I assume many of the players are probably doing some other activities during Holidays. Maybe in a couple of weeks it goes back to normal. I've gotta say my queue times have been great lately but today it's taking forever to find a match

I think getting a camping Bubba is funny. Love me some players trollin with some Bubba. It only works cause survivors are braindead and just throw themselves at him to try to make a hopeless save. I'm on the hook and this Leatherface is clearly not going anywhere and all 3 are just standing closeby hoping he'll leave while i die. Finally some guy runs in and gets chainsawed immediately. People are dumb

The amount of congitive dissonance people have that will accept any reason at all except "Current Survivor conditions have made the game brutally unfun for Killers so they don't want to play anymore" is staggering.

Really? I have insta lobbies with survivor and waiting for a killer game is only a little longer. Though it does depend on at what time I play and varies a bit. I don't see much difference.

It couldn't be that. Queue times are not just a representation of role disparity, they are also a glimpse into the psyche. And many DBD players have psychological damage which makes queue times longer. I can prove this because I have a YouTube channel and 90% of my content shows a balance perspective of how the game is killer favored.
