What’s up with the new mmr and ranks
On my quest to discover what it’s like to be a killer main I started to notice something after I had 1 (ONE) match where I got a 4k. I was facing off against red ranks while being in ash. Now I know rank means nothing anymore BUT (but but!) if you are red rank you probably have invested a lot more time into the game than a lowly ash as me and it’s very true, I barely even have perks for plague but I seem to be going against otzdarva every match? Picture evidence of me getting creamed with only 1 rank 3 perk and it’s mediocre at best

Ranks don't matter but they do mean something. If ranks reset on the 13th and by the 15th someone's already Iri 1, well, they did play a lot and they played efficiently. If we are like three weeks since the last reset and someone is still Ash it means they either don't play that much or they are still not familiar enough with the game to progress. Either one still puts them in a disadvantage against the ones who get to Iri really fast. I wish the MMR took that into consideration.
