What's with heal delay when you stop running &being interrupted when the other person isn't moving?

A person healing me will be randomly interrupted when I'm not moving and vice versa. Have been unable to complete a lot of clutch heals this way and it's pretty annoying.
There's also a wonky delay between when you stop running and your ability to heal. I got smacked to the ground because I stopped running, tried to heal, but the prompt only popped up 1 sec later and I was downed.

I’m sorry but if there’s one thing this game doesn’t need right now it’s faster heals.
You can already stack med-kits with Boons and perks such as Botany Knowledge, Resilience ect leading to incredibly fast, infinite self heals
Fully healing shouldn’t really be a thing you’re able to do mid chase, whilst looping a killer, it should be something you do in a safe spot that takes time and often others to help you do it, this is why Circle of Healing is considered so powerful right now. Repeatedly stopping to heal in front of the killer should be punished so that delay is necessary

I wasn't suggesting faster heals. I was addressing an issue in which your character stops moving but is unable to heal as well as healing another survivor and randomly being forced to stop.
