Hysteria & Remember Me have lost their "basic attack" requirement. This is something that needs to happen on a much larger scale to make so many perks worth using!
Most notably to Jolt (Surge) ... I would use this perk in so many of my builds if I didn't have to play worse by using basic attacks in order for it to work.
There's plenty of niche perks like this that would see A LOT more use if they didn't have the basic attack requirement, especially since most notable killers are mostly using their powers to down.
