If you point your head up or down, you can blink to different floors.
If you point down at the basement, It shows the backrooms for a split second
(Edit: Screenshot coming soon)
I'm not sure if it's just the effect of the nurse blinking or not. I was on the memorial map.

What do you mean backrooms?
Going through different floors by aiming up/down is intended.

i mean, when you went into the basement with the up/down feature, you could see void before going in
