Probably not. Unless they decide to go the Nemesis route where she is absolutely nothing like herself but I don't know if they'll do it again. She'll most likely be a lot like Freddy. A teleport most likely and some new status effect. Like how Doctor has madness.

Going by the trailer what can we see assuming we're given an accurate representation? A gen that seems to be completed is sparking and the animation is off usually the pistons of the gen undulate when completed but the pistons on this gen are firing and and forth violently in unison.

Could maybe be the first killer that can interact with completed gens in some way?

The ringing seems to be associated with the well that's seen and I think I can take a good crack at this one. Maybe wells spawn in predetermined locations on the map and sadako can teleport to them with the ringing emerging from the well as a warning? Like demo with permanent immovable portals.

I don't think they'd give everything away and they did say psychological horror would play a big part in this chapter so maybe they could also have a passive ability like a combination of ghost face and doctor where looking at them messes with your perception of the game? Sadako isn't this oppressive physical force like nemesis or billy so it would make a lot of sense if their power was more centered around inducing mistakes from the survivor rather than overpowering them.
