SBMM and SWF.

I agreed with you that survivor's MMR could be improved.
But then you decided to talk about killer's MMR, which I still consider best we can get. There are you feelings involved btw.
Hooks vs Kills. Kills are just better to use here, because it's same for everyone and it lets you play however you want. It would be quite bad way to design MMR based on hooks for multiple reasons, which you are just not able to understand. This has nothing to do with skill needed for it, MMR is just supposed to help with more balanced matchmaking and lower MMR for campers would be super dumb. It's like I would want to lower MMR for any survivor that just holds W most of the game. It doesn't matter how hard it is, result is what matters.
And that was something that I brought up anyway, your post is about SWF playing with lower MMR players and that you don't want to play with them.

The only people who would be affected by SBMM counting hooks more than kills would be facecampers. I dont see how making it worse for facecampers is an issue.
And I think it's pretty valid me not wanting megs with 10 hours randomly in my lobby when I'm at more than 5k hours.

Because it wouldn't be worse. It would be better for them.
Higher MMR is not a reward for a killer. You don't see it, you don't gain anything by it.
Only thing that would happen is that camping would work for them even better.
Btw if he camped you, then your MMR would go lower and his MMR would go lower, so you would be more likely to play against him again. So current system is actually better for you, because you are less likely to play together in next games.

So a reward for you as killer is going against weaker players to have easier wins?

Yes, that would be reward and I don't think that would be good thing at all.
It would make new player experience terrible, because you would have all those Bubba trolls stuck there with them with no way to get out of elo hell.

I wasnt talking about the facecamping bubbas. I'm talking about killers in general.

Yeah and who is most famous for it? Bubba...
But fact is that if you would lower MMR for camping, or slugging. New players and noobs in general would be so screwed.
You think killers would care? No. It would work for them, they would get 4k each game, kill rate data would mean nothing because of that too.

Again, there's nothing they can do about it. It's the road with less damage.
