Would you like to see all killers get voice lines?
Since trickster has some and Pinhead is getting his back would you like to see some original and licensed killers get their own.
To add onto this maybe survivors could get some too. Voice lines at the start of the trial could be nice.
I would personally love this but I want to hear your thoughts on it

Doctor - This guy likes to torture, he can get some good voice lines.
Freddy - Robert Englund would be great, right?
Legion - 4 members, each of them should have different voice and lines. They are still human, so they can have voice like Trickster.
Ghostface - Roger L. Jackson, this guy voiced all Ghostfaces on movies. It would be great for voice DbD Ghostface too. And add Sidney, i can fall love with this license forever.
Oni - He should call survivors as dishonorable, weak (Japanese ofcourse).

Also I want Myers pathetic pallet stun cry removed. It doesn't fit his character and it makes me cringe every time.

Yes, some voicelines would be nice. Not too many and some with strange conditions like "Doctor downing a survivor in T3 madness". Could work out quit nice.
Bonus points if the Killer speak in their natural language perhaps with accent.
Maybe even some voicelines of sale. I would pay for some, just like I would pay for different Mori animations.

I would really dislike every character to get voice lines. Some of the movie ones make sense, but not the original characters.

If they were to add voice lines I feel like there should be an option to toggle them on and off. I've already seen a few people say Pinhead gets on their nerves as he talks too much.

Not really. Part of what takes the Killers from 'human' to 'Monster' is the lack of voice lines.
Sure; it works sometimes; having someone talking about how they love hurting you can make a human feel creepy. But speaking also implies the ability to talk with the Killer, to reason with them.
Whereas being silent implies you're not worth talking too, or perhaps that the Killer cannot speak at all, which means they cannot be reasoned with. They are a silent force of evil, unable to unwilling to talk to you.

I think adding more voice lines runs risk of jumping the shark, too much of a good thing. Just like with later Freddy sequels make it more of a joke.

Some killers thematically wouldn’t talk. It’s hard to imagine Hag or Blight or Demogorgon talking for instance. And even among the human killers a couple like Meyers and Bubba are mute. Hillbilly and Trapper are both probably mute too.
The ones I could see maybe having voice lines would be
- Freddy has a bunch of lines from the remake and the classic movies
- Ghost Face was very talkative in Scream. Of course, the Ghost Face in the game isn’t technically the Scream IP so it’s unlikely we’d get the same voice lines, but I could see creepy original voice modulated lines for him working.
- Artist might be able to speak? I’m not sure. 🤷♂️
- Huntress could possibly have some lines in whatever language it is she speaks.
- Oni or Spirit could maybe have some lines in Japanese
- Clown
- Deathslinger
- Amanda doesn’t traditionally talk, but I could see recordings of Jigsaw saying things like “I want to play a game” when the survivor is working on a puzzle box
- Plague and Trickster already have voice lines

No, voicelines aren't needed in the game. They're neat for the first couple weeks but then they get old and annoying.

This. There's a very small number of killers I'd be interested in getting voice lines for, and they're all licensed - mainly Freddy, and Pig or Ghostface to a much lesser degree. Having it everywhere would be too much of a good thing; 'unstoppable inhuman force' should be the baseline and every departure from that should feel distinct in its own way. You hit the nail on the head when you brought up that a killer speaking (in a language the survivors might understand) implies that you could speak back to them and they would respond, which is why I'm fine with chuckling or laughter but speaking is a different beast.

I would love to have The Pig get a few Shawnee Smith (the actress who played Amanda Young in the Saw series) voice lines. I would absolutely love if you'd heard 'game over' from Shawnee whenever you die from a beartrap or a mori. Maybe even some voice lines when she puts a trap on your head or she gets stunned.
P.S. in case yall didn't know, Shawnee actually commented on The Pig being in Dead by Daylight in an interview and she said she wished she could have been contacted about it. Here's the YouTube video featuring it here.

I wish every killer had some secondary objective/slow down, like Pinhead, to make he different experiences versing then more unique and to have something to do besides gen rushing.
This stuff could either debuff the killer, if done, or give the survivors an edge against strong killers. I don't know, sabotage the Blights alchemist tables around the map to have him use his syringe more often, destroy the Huntresses childhood memorabilia from her mother to anger her and give her shaky aim or destroy the crow nests of the Artist to give her longer cooldowns or something.
Stuff like this. Not one of my ideas is balanced or though through, this is pure brainstorming. But I love how Pinheads cube changes up the game.

No, no one else should get voice lines. I feel like the only other killer who should get voice lines is Freddy. And even then they should be very minimal.

I hope not. Pinhead has too many voicelines now in my opinion, I probably wont play him anymore because of this. Yes, it is cool. But it will become annoying at some point. Same with Ash, I cannot stand him, just because of his dumb voicelines.
In general, I dont really like the sounds they add sometimes, whether it is Billys Roar or Trappers grunt when carrying maximum traps. You need half a braincell to look at the bottom left to see how many Traps you have, no need for such a notification.
That being said, if they add an option to disable Voicelines, they can add as many as they like. They can make Clown a Stand-Up Comedian or make Victor tell Dad Jokes, I dont care, as long as it can be disabled.

Licensed killers aside, I generally dislike such VO lines. They lose all novelty and become nothing more than "I did this thing!" in one or two variations. May as well be 'normal' sound cues at that point.
