COH resembles a Ruin that cannot be destroyed
Guess what? Old Undying + Ruin. The difference is that old Undying could be the first totem to be destroyed.
I hope devs acknowledge how COH is extremely unhealthy and it does all the work for survivors, just like old Undying. A tweak to the healing speed does not adress the issue.

It’s not a COH but a boon problem.

It's actually the exact opposite.

CoH negates my need for a team healer build.
No, I will not run CoH for my team healer build.

CoH is not that broken. Medkits are more powerful and don't require range or activation

It's actually a pretty apt comparison.
As survivor, ruin regresses all your progress in a match as soon as you aren't actively on top of the progressed objective. Once cleansed, you have much more liberty to safely leave the objective and not have it lose all progress.
As killer, CoH regresses all your progress in a match as soon as you aren't actively in chase with the survivor you injured. Once snuffed, you have much more liberty to go for another survivor while the other remains injured and still in a vulnerable state. For 10 whole seconds, and then CoH is back.

Can’t, bones respawn

I'm not entirely convinced that the COH nerf will be enough to kick it out of the meta- I don't honestly know how to nerf the perk effectively without making it self-care level, but if everyone keeps healing that 4 seconds will absolutely stack up, particularly with sloppy.
