Obvious speed hacking and how to counter

Today I plated a game of Billy and had this trio who were obviously speedhacking. They were faster than me (and no not sprintburst temporary faster). They fixed a generator right there as I was trying to hit them off of it and if I gave chase they would run around in circles gaining ground every step of the way. So fast were they when running in circles that they could circle me faster than I could turn with the mouse. When chasing after them they inm just around ojne thing over and over againthey would constantly gain ground I chased 1 for 2 minutes and never gained any ground. I got 2 of them eventually but only because of their cockiness. Their speed hacking was also inconsistently faster at times, I came around the corner on a long wall after tricking with mind games and was just a little behind her as we rounded the corner however she was halfway down the length of it as I was only about a little out of lunge distance so I tricked her again. Rounded the corner again and she was half way down it again. This is about 7 seconds after tricking her the first time. All this time her friends are following and teabaging. Is there any way to counter this or is it just a loss.

    Simple counter: RECORD YOUR GAME and report them. I believe this kind of thing gets them banned quick, but you need proof.

    I'd like to see a video as well, I find it quite hard to believe it was actual speed hacking and not just getting out played. With 2,300 hours I've never seen a speed hacker.
