Why aren't we rebalancing the Killer's Tier?
Developers are thinking about the overall kill ratio, not the top kill ratio.
When Matthew Court came to Korea, he was a murderer and was harassed by a survivor.
So the flash got a nerf.
But he doesn't seem to play the game itself.
However, the high rank of survivors is different.
For example, if a beginner plays a nurse, he can't even get 1 kill.
However, if the 1st rank killer plays the nurse, more than 80% of the kills are achieved.
Didn't the developer say that two deaths is the right balance?
Don't you think about the contradiction in this?

Most people suck at playing against Nurse. She is balanced when playing against people of actual equal skill.

The Nurse is a special killer that ignores the mechanics of the game. In the current realities, it would not have appeared. Its processing is literally equal to the creation of a new killer. And its removal will excite the community. Therefore, we have what we have.

Guarantee nurse's low rank performance would jump up considerably if more people had/used starstruck on her.

There's a concept GIGO (garbage in, garbage out) that applies well to DbD. They simply don't collect enough of the right data to make decent balance decisions.

Flashlights didnt get a nerf at that time, they got buffed alongside pallet saves
The change lasted less than a week
