My friend's ps4 had experienced a black screen of death and they had to reinitialized it. He had purchased DBD before this happened so he was able to download it upon finishing the initialization. It said he still had to do the tutorials and after finishing them everything else is still locked. Can anyone help?



Edit: I think we found the problem. Someone had a parent acc that included his in their ps plus but they didnt re add their ps4 account after the initialize
