Just checked a stats tracker and found a player who's done 79,408 generators. (That's 22,276 escapes.)
But yeah, that's... kind of nutty. I only counted 6 players who had that many on Steam (plus one more who was super close at 53,345.) I've repaired a mere 4,942 for comparison. Let's not make achievements that demanding, please.

A time consuming trophy from a time consuming game.

Which can be done in a few hours if you use the SUV in the tunnels.
53,594 generators would take literal years of gameplay lol
I've been playing since launch and I've only done about 14,000, five and a half years later.

Well what else would you make it? I was gonna make it Survivor Genocider but that wouldn't make sense as a survivor paragraph. You could do "Fix all generators yourself in a single public match" so you get a similar feeling of Zombie Genocider by doing it in 1 play through.

Maybe add 53,594 charges to a generator would be ok. Remember that most achievements will start counting AFTER it gets added

Well, I probably wouldn't add an achievement designed to reference a small community meme, especially one that would require a ridiculous quantity of anything to be done. You could instead reference the Willamette Pop. in a perk or add-on's flavour text, similar to Nemesis' Jill's Sandwich add-on.
If I had to add an achievement that required 53,594 of anything, it would be distance in meters travelled. At 4 m/s running speed, it would take 13,398.5 seconds of running, which translates to 223 minutes, which is about four hours (assuming all my math is correct).
Considering running makes up a large majority of Survivor gameplay, it would be a very reasonable achievement to get, and you wouldn't have to go out of your way for it either.
