Is it wrong to point out a annoying Locker Jockey to the Killer if said Jockey does nothing all game. I had a few that stayed in the locker 95% of the match and I don't see any point but to try and get a free escape ....

Right or wrong is a moot point. The relevant point is that it's forbidden. You can be reported and banned for griefing and/or teaming.

Just enjoy the max points for doing gens. Don't be that person who works with the killer.

Couldn't you also report the locker jockey for essentially not playing the game?

Hiding in locker is not reportable. There is mechanic. If you don't move long time, you will have crows and killer will catch you. But you can not help killer, this is reportable.

As a killer main I can confirm that snitches get stitches… and so do the people in the lockers if I find them.

Not really. You can report someone for being AFK, so if they jump in a locker then sit there until they get crows, sure.

It is against the rules to do so but it's not against the rules to "accidentally" try to get in a locker to hide yourself when the killer is looking at you...

But if someone is deliberately not playing and switching lockers to prevent crows wouldnt that be considered game throwing or griefing?

You can report them for not participating in normal gameplay. Hiding all match in lockers isnt normal gameplay.
