Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

Stuck in my lobby can't add friends or join friends or switch to killer

After almost a year of 6 tickets sent in I still remain unable to play with my friends or join anyone. I'm also stuck in lobby and can't perform going back to play killer. Someone plz help
