Anybody else notice that the deathgarden mask for Meg is missing from console this update?

I noticed that my Meg was missing the mask in the main menu and couldn’t find it in my outfits when I checked. I asked a friend if they lost it and it seems they did aswell. Was this announced somewhere or did this happen without any notice? I know it’s not a big deal but I’m just curious as to why it’s missing.

Yes, I confirmed this was a bug earlier, and added a section to the Known Issues of the Patch notes concerning it.
