My brother got me an Oculus Quest 2 the other day, and honestly after playing on that over Dead by Daylight has given me the break I needed. I admit I have anger issues, so DBD isn't a game I should play as often as I do, but I've met new people, sat down and watched some movies which I don't normally do cuz I was to busy playing DBD.

This could've worked with just playing other games in general, but on my Xbox, I'm always drawn back to the game that wants me to pull my hair out sometimes.

The point of this post is mainly just to say, when the game is making you upset, don't keep playing it and take a break, it'll make you feel better. Maybe just take a break from games in general, draw something, play an instrument, read a book, ect. These are normally the things that calm me down, and I know other people say they're leaving the game entirely but just end up coming back, but maybe they just needed a break. We all do, we're human after all.

Thanks for coming to my TED talk.
