Error 500 al comprar nueva grieta

Hola,

He comprado la nueva grieta, me ha consumido las 1000 células auricas, y me ha saltado un error 500. No me ha desbloqueado la grieta premium, pero si me ha cobrado las 1000 células

¿Cómo puedo solicitar el reembolso de esas 1000 células?

    Hola, me sucedió similar, me consumió algunas, no todas pero no me alcanza para comprar el pase de ls grieta. Antes en el foro había un mensaje que estaba trabajando en eso, pero ya no aparece, ¿nos repondrá las células auricas¿
