Does somebody know how fast the wiggle bar resets?

I know that the wiggle bar goes back to zero after some time being slugged or atleast it used to.

If someone with boil over is on a rooftop and i manually drop them off said rooftop. How long would i have to wait untill that 25% from dropping has decayed?
