Anymore cosmetics before next chapter?

I know there is a Kate outfit floating around but its winter Kate so I assume it will be out in winter, however is it safe to assume (other than .maybe getting the kate outfit) there will be no more survivor outfits until the next chapter?

I think Kate's winter outfit is in game files, so would stand to reason it'll be the last one out before the PTB.
