Does Nancy's teachables appear at 30/35/40? I'm working with a friend on his bloodweb and they haven't been appearing, he's at 36 now and I don't want to waste his points.

    Like all other characters, they should. Though she, alongsides the other ST characters, might be different due to their teachables also becoming neutral perks.

    As Stranger Things was removed they made all their perks general available.

    You don´t need to unlock them anymore as the others.

    All of the Stranger Things perks are now universally available, so you don't need to level up the characters to unlock them.

    One little tidbit: if you own the Stranger Things characters, their perks might still be labeled "rare Nancy Wheeler Perk" or "uncommon Demogorgon perk", but they are in fact moved over to the universal category.

    This means that you can use them for the Universal achievements, like the "Tools of the Trade" or "Expert Generalist" (I think that's what they are called).

    Tools of the Trade was tough, but Jolt and Fear monger actually helped a lot.
