Why are so many Iris Useless?
Why does BHVR make so many of the iris bad. There seem to be two types of bad iri. The first type are iris that have an ok or even good effect but have an extremely taxing downside. The second type are iris that are way too situational or niche to get any real value out of it.

Undetectable
or some kind of niche bonus that no one pays attention too (I.e Seal of Metatron)

You get really interesting iris like Wraith's, bonkers OP ones like Myers or 'worse than an empty slot' one like Hag's.
I honestly have no idea why.
