Overcome, Kindred, [Free slot] Borrowed Time
I typically swap between Open handed, WGLF and DS on the third slot.

I've been running DS, DH, Kindred and BT for months now, covers most everything.

Windows of Opportunity: so that you're not surprised by a pallet that has been used
Repressed Alliance: So good against DMS/SH: PR, Ruin, Pop.
Decisive Strike: if you're getting camped and tunneled.
Circle of Healing: if you're feeling like providing Utility.
Seasonal Bonus (Spine Chill): lots of piggies due to the archive challenges.

Quick and Quiet plus is the only non-meta perk I run. I am planning to get down with the thickness and purchase Jane for some Head On action, apply directly to the forehead. I need to keep DS to do that stupid double stun trick.

Kindred/Windows I feel naked without anymore in solo, the other two are usually DH and then usually Spine Chill, but if i'm feeling particularly tilted i'll put in BT, DS, or CoH in the last slot depending on how/why im tilted.

I like to do gens in peace while leaving little to no information about what I'm doing. Having an infinite medkit is just a bonus.

ds, don't like being tunelled
unbreakable, getting slugged is sleep inducing
iron will, prefer not hearing constant moaning from surv
pharmacy, love opening chests even after 3k hours, and farming medkits

Comodious with BNP, Built to Last, Streetwise because I will most likely have to do at least 3 gens myself.
DS, because half of them don’t have BT.
and last but not least, either CoH or Self care in case I need to heal myself.
