Would it be too much adding hit cooldown to the list of actions reduced by Fire Up?
I recently played a bunch of matches with Fire Up, and I must say that it is nice to do almost everything a little bit faster, but still the perk feels quite lackluster. So I was thinking that maybe it could, in addition to the usual effect, reduce the cooldown of successful hits. That way it would be a nice endgame perk.
The only problem I see with this is that stacking it on STBFL could be problematic, but maybe it could be made so only the highest bonus is applied so they wouldn't stack.

Sounds strong, but that an endgame Perk should be, so I heavily agree! Justice for Fire Up!

Honestly that’s a great idea. Would give it more lethality without feeling overbearing

That’s a pretty good idea. Having the precaution with only the highest value of cooldown being used I feel makes it pretty balanced too. Right now Fire Up is pretty much a jack of all trades that doesn’t specialize in any one thing and adding attack cooldown to it both fits its theme and gives more reason to actually use it. I’ve always wanted to like the perk since it has so much potential, and this would actually bring it to surface.
Think of its use with STBFL, almost no matter what you will always have some form of cooldown bonus. If you have 4 tokens, even if you hit the obsession you’ll still have at least 20% at all times.

Fire Up needs a rework and here it is.
For 60 seconds after the killer hooks someone they get the FULL effect of Fire Up.
Poof trash perk is now really nice.

I think it should be reworked to the following:
Fire Up activates for 30 seconds every time a generator is repaired. For this time, breaking/vaulting/picking up and dropping/basic attack cooldowns are reduced by 20/25/30%, and you gain Bloodlust.
Fire Up activates permanently once the Exit Gates are powered.
