What is the best killer to end chases fast?
I have spirit , bubba , Ghost face and the free killers on PC I want a good killer that can end chases quickly ,I don't play the nurse and hate looking at the ground for the half duration of the game but as for my main and the killer I usually do good with is wraith , I currently have 9000 shards but I need a killer to help me climb gold as soon as I reached gold for the first time all my matches are red ranks all of them thanks to the broken match making but everyone is gen rushing and using flashlights mostly swf and sweaty survivors I can't end chases if I manage to down someone a gen or 2 pops up If I break chase and patrol gens it's just an infinite loop of doing that they keep either hiding or loop you I need a killer that ends chases quickly and good enough to reach red ranks as well perks you can recommend to help

Nurse and Blight. Both killers have great map mobility and great anti-loop. But both killers are hard to master.

Start with iri hatchet huntress and work your way up to nurse who will always be the king of unloopable most of the time she can still be but it takes work.

Ending chases fast means having mobility to do it... so it will be either Blight or Nurse. Huntress counts if you can hit your hatchets.

How difficult is blight for beginners I never seen anyone play him so far

I played her Abit in the past she is good but slow and easy to miss hatchets especially with good survivors

Blight is not hard for beginners because he is 115% killer. Learning him power is easy but mastering him hard. Nurse is harder for beginners because she is slower than survivors. Learning her power is hard but mastering her is easy.
If you ask my personal advice, go for Blight. He is so fun killer. As old Nurse main, she is so boring. Blight is unique and so fun. You can check LilithOmen's channel, he is good Blight main and he has good guides.

The skill floor for learning bump logic is fairly high. Also what on earth do you mean by mastering Nurse is "easy"? In what world is that true? LOL
Both of them are extremely difficult to master because high-level chases as and against Blights and Nurses are heavily mindgame-centric, and you have to learn to adapt on the fly to players that will also do the same back against you, as well as the incredible versatility and depth to their powers in general.

Learning Nurse is very hard. Yeah you will lose so much games. But when you get good with her, she is not hard anymore. Because her blinks are simple when you learn.
Blight is different. Even you learn him power, you will need learn more. For example, which objects will run your rushs, j-flicks, how you will rush at gyms etc. This is why mastering Blight is hard. Because you are never stopping to learn him. Nurse does not need this, learn her powers and mindgames. You are okey.
So i did not say "Nurse is easy". You misunderstood me.

She is. I played with both killers long time ago, i gave both them really good time. I am still not good at Blight, he is still hardest killer for me. Nurse was never that hard. For me at least.

No killer ends chases faster than Nurse, so regardless of whether you hate playing her or not Nurse can end chases faster than any killer hands down.

I had lucky games with her where I landed all my hits and other games where I couldn't down anyone I don't like playing her anymore at all

I'm not even sure if nurse is that fast, she HAS TO use one more blink against dead hard no matter what... basically dead hard will hard counter nurse without requiring any skills at all.
But then there is no one else actually viable so...

Well this is the difference between a good Nurse and everyone else, a good Nurse consistently lands hits and it takes a long time to get to that stage. Your average survivor is easy to down as they are predictable but once you start facing good ones Nurse becomes very difficult and most people stop playing her as you did.
But if you want to down survivors fast, Nurse is the best but there is no easy road with her.

Is Oni good ? I'm thinking either blight or Oni they both have good potential to end chases but I'm worried that I might regret buying blight he looks easy and difficult at the same time

In theory, any killer with a built-in instadown.
Besides that, basekit Huntress can also theoretically get a healthy-to-down in ~8 seconds if the survivor is outpositioned.

Playing Huntress is about prediction.
if a surv is zig zaging you have to throw the axe so they run into it. When you get a bbq proc, throw a hatchet at the survs. try your luck.
