Rank reset issue before the 13th ? I was gold and silver and now ash?

So I played a match early this morning then head out for an errand. I open up the game on PS4 and both of my ranks completely reset to ash. I contacted support so I'm hoping it gets resolved. I had gold 4 for survivor and silver 3 for killer. Anyone else have this issue?

    it's a visual bug, it should revert to normal after a single game
