Why hasn't this happened
I just rewatched the beta trailer for the game and thought why haven't they giving Dwight,Meg,Claudette and Jake their Beta trailer outfits has legendary as a call back you could even have the description be.
Four forgotten survivors that made a bit more of an impact.

Are you meaning the white Claudette because i cant see them ever wanting to whitewash her so to speak especially after the bubba ordeal. The others sure

Not really we have enough cosmetics in the game what we need is real balance fixing to the game or all those cosmetics people are buying will be worthless if and when the game dies from mismanagement of the Devs and their strange ideas of balance

Ya those are just models created for the trailer I doubt they were ever rigged for gameplay as it looks more like Macao in that trailer for suspense
