It's been 4 days, it's not a tragedy
Besides, nurse was fairly uncommon anyway. I've had enough of blights since a while already because of how many they are and how boring their play style is

Blight is more fun to play against so I don’t really mind. His chases are way more interactive and actually have counterplay. He forces you to loop so you can’t just hold W either while that’s all you do against a nurse. Pallets also actually work against the blight unlike the nurse

I could make a nurse main flow chart at this point tbh. Fact is she has a choke hold on killer balance and makes perks harder to balance through her existence alone

I could not care less LOL, I think Blight is one of the best designed and most fun killers to verse. He is really strong, and incredibly annoying to go against if the player decides to "play dirty", but I'd rather fight 1,000 good Blights in a row than have to go against 10 good Nurses in a row.
Now, when you get an exploit Blight, that's another story. I don't enjoy him much then. But basic Blight being played as he was designed is a great time, imo

I don’t understand how anyone can think nurse is balanced in the current state of the game. She is a relic from the past just like maps such as haddonfield

I kinda agree and disagree, I think her basekit is fine. What makes her problematic is being able to stack up slowdown perks and strong addons, but that's my same problem with blight and spirit (basically, what I consider "S tier" killers). There's no balance behind that imho, but not only with nurse.
Tbh what makes her extremely boring is her "mains", just like "blight mains" 🛌🛌

It's not "whataboutism", it's about survivors (the opponents of the nurse, which is biggest balance factor) can be as good as nurses.
this game is always survivors vs a killer, if survivors can be as strong as greatest killers with same amount of effort, what is the problem we have?

Not really, you still have plenty of things to counter power, but the thing is, dead hard can literally hard-counter nurse and force her to waste more times on you no matter what.

Got butt hurted by a lof lot nurses? I understand that its easier to call a killer "bad designed" instead of questioning your skills as a survivor. Because she's one of the best designed killers even after her nerfs.

Blight is not that scary. When they use some strong builds, yeah they have great pressure. But i love to play against Blight usually, even they use meta killer perks.
Nurse is different case. She is ignoring everything and i don't think she is fine but also i know she is not going anywhere. She will back sadly.

That’s true. Dead hard needs a nerf ASAP but how is it any different from a 2 or 3 blink nurse on let’s say bloor lodge? Sure you can attempt a juke but any decent nurse will get that hit

How is she well balanced? She ignores all chase tools the survivors have and makes certain perks way stronger due to how her power works. Not to mention some of her busted add ons

Getting chased by a nurse is fun, if we're talking from a mechanical point of view. Unfortunately, Nurses were always the greatest sweatlords in my games. Not having a bunch of nurses hard camping and tunneling does improve my survivor experience a bit.

Someone brought up dead hard as nurse counterplay and while it is it’s not a good one since not everyone runs it

Add ons definitely make her stronger but her base kit is still broken imo. She can ignore every chase tool survivors have while still having decent/amazing mobility depending on the map. If a power needs to be balanced around you being slower than survivors it kinda tells you how badly designed it is

Dead hard is hard counter, soft counter is juking and mindgaming with cuttting LoS.

I mean when she has the weakest kill rate of all the killers which is what the devs look at they are probably just like "well she's only accessible to very good players" like twins now are. So i guess thats balanced in their eyes.
