Nurses Calling (or Knockout) + Unnerving Presence + Distressing + Coulrophobia
Slug everyone, it will take an eternity or two to heal up again, and watch them be afraid of healing within your gigantic terror radius once they realise you got nurses calling. Its not effective but extremely annoying and frustrating to be up against.
