So when the new killer attacks I'm guessing a word in Japanese shows up what does it say.

    It's pronunced Norou if you wanna say it. When you see a survivor, just say no.

    Alternatively just imagine it's the word CURSE in English. So you can curse at people whenever you hit them. Or if that's too vulgar you can print out a 3D Word that says Curse and hit survivors with it. Like a word art sword.
