Does using Scourge Hooks together stack them on the same hook?

Just curious if Scourge Hooks stack on the same hooks or go as separate hooks. I've been wanting to try both Gift Of Pain and Pain Resonance together.

Yes
Taking multiple scourge hook perks doesn't generate more hooks, but it does stack all perks on the 4 hooks available
so if you run all 3 of them, they will all apply at once.
Hopefully that makes sense

Remember on the PTB how it spawned 8 different hooks, all of which had all effects?
