Good Pig add-on combinations
*Video tape and Rules set n°2. Video tape by itself is not very good, but with Rules set n°2 they lose way more time looking for boxes. And if they activate their traps there is big snowball potential.
*Amanda's letter + Jigsaw's sketch/ annotated plan. Since the buff to Amanda's letter. I'd say that this combination is decent, because you have three traps on top of the 16 meter aura-reading.
*Crate of gears + Tampered timer/ Bag of gears. The best way to get Headpops. But you need two things: one survivor that have to do four boxes, and interrupt him multiple times.
*Jigsaw's sketch + Jigsaw's annotated plan. It won't save you if you're doing poorly. But, usually, four traps goes by pretty quick. It is kinda funny, then, to trap survivors a million times.
*Slow toxin release + Jigsaw's sketch/ annotated plan. Five traps, and survivors are exhausted. It just makes headtraps a bit more impactful.
*Rules set n°2 + Jigsaw's sketch/ annotated plan. Rules set n°2 is only really good with Video tape i'd say. But above multiple games this combination might make an actual difference.
*Tampered timer + Jigsaw's annotated plan. You need to lose to make this one work. Since it relies on a lot of gens going by to actually kill a survivor. Like always, you need a survivor to do four boxes: and you need to interrupt them.
*Last will/ Workshop grease. Last will needs Workshop grease to negate the increase in the ambush dash charge time. But it won't make it "really really" good either.
*Workshop grease/ Combat straps. You can ambush and mindgame with it, a bit better. A bit.
I think that other add-ons (or combinations of add-ons) are worthless (= aren't a significant increase in Pig viability). Did i miss anything?
Edit: *Amanda's letter + Workshop grease. Playing ambush Pig only actually feels quite good; even on outdoors map (where she is at her weakest).

I like ruleset and facemask. I like to run it with debuff builds and make the survivors go crazy from having 5 debuffs.

What's your build then? I'm a bit curious.

Yeah, it works too. I've tried it. But traps really goes by fast and you lose all pressure quick. So, i don't know if its worth it.

The one I’ve been using recently is
John’s Medical File - Increases crouching movement speed by 6%
Workshop Grease - Increases the charge speed on Ambush by 50% and decreases Ambush miss recovery by 25%
I like to use Pig’s stealth to get in close to people on generators and use her Ambush for hits and these two add ons are easy to get brown and yellow ones that help with both those things. Assuming you can get close with Stealth the Ambush is pretty much a guaranteed hit.
An alternative if you want to play “jump scare pig” would be to substitute in her red Amanda’s Letter add-on in place of one of the two above which lets her see auras within 16 meters while crouched in exchange for only having 2 traps. Yeah losing two traps hurts her slowdown somewhat but seeing auras shouldn’t be underestimated.

In indoor maps it works very well. But i ain't sure about outdoors though. I like thinking about add-on combinations that works either way.

Video tape and razor wires is pretty funny
Had people dc because they failed a skillcheck

I think Jump Scare is underrated outdoors actually. I played Jump Scare Meyers on Eyrie just last week and got a 12 hook 4 kill with him, and that map has a fairly bright contrast outdoors. The trick is using obstacles when approaching survivors and not looking straight at them to avoid Spine Chill alerts. It doesn’t matter if the map is outdoors or not, virtually all the maps have obstacles and terrain you can use as cover when approaching someone.

I think i'll try Amanda's letter/ Workshop grease on an outdoor map then. Might have missed a good one.

Thanat, plaything, bbq and sloppy. Once you down someone and put a trap on they have to deal with hem, mangle, blind, oblivious and thanat. Has been a really fun build for me.

Guess i need to add another one then. (Amanda's letter + Workshop grease).
