Was the Nurse Stealth Nerfed?

I've noticed that, ever since the reset, the Blink speed of the Nurse has been drastically reduced. Is this an intentional nerf or a bug? And if it was intended, why wouldn't they devs say anything about nerfing the Nurse?
Anyone else encountering this problem or is it just me?

She feels normal to me. Just use addons to increase her blink charging speed if you get bothered by it too much.
